Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–5 working days.
Personalisation / Customisation
We do not offer personalised or customised products. All items are available as listed on our website and cannot be modified, engraved, or customised in any form.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are already included in the selling price. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email and SMS, allowing you to easily track your delivery.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery on all unused and unworn items—no questions asked. However, this does not apply to coins, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Anushri Jewels reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds.
Missing Items in Returns
If a return pickup does not include all claimed items, the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund amount. This includes promotional products such as free gifts or silver coins.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
All refunds will be processed based on the original purchase price mentioned in the invoice. Current market prices or fluctuations will not be considered.
Replacement & Exchange
You may opt for a replacement or exchange under the same conditions as returns.
Replacement orders will be processed only after the original item has been picked up or delivered back to us.
Return Process
Returns can be initiated through our website only. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM at 9082823532, or via WhatsApp on the same number.
Once a return request is placed, please ensure availability for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pickup, requiring the process to be restarted and potentially causing delays.
Non-Serviceable Locations
While most pin codes support both delivery and returns, some locations may only support delivery. In such cases:

A reimbursement of up to ₹70 will be provided for return shipping.

Any amount exceeding ₹70 will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for returning the product in such scenarios.
Missing or Tampered Orders
If you receive an empty parcel or notice missing items, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
A 360-degree unboxing video will be required for verification. Claims without sufficient evidence or with signs of tampering may not be accepted. The company reserves the final decision in such cases.
